Play when an opponent plays a tactic.

Action: Destroy target unit.

Can this tactic be played after a chain from Gathering the Winds or Wurrzag is resolved? I know that you can't respond to tactics played from Winds or Wurzzag's action.

Quite sure you cannot respond to Gathering the Winds according to page 21 of updated FAQ

Why can't you respond to a tactic played through Wurzzag's ability?

Card Effects Resulting in Playing Cards (v1.8)

When a card effect allows the playing of a card during the resolution of an action chain, this does not create a

new action chain. Instead, any played card resolves as if it is part of the original chain. You cannot respond to it with more actions, as a chain is being resolved.
