FFG has impressed me with the quality of almost everything they do. Every game of theirs I own (and I own several) has well written and workable rules, excellent quality components, and good support. With one major exception.

This forum. FFG, I hate to say it but whatever the problem is, whether it is a software issue or your servers are old/slow/too few, trying to read and post on here can be a major chore. If I may, please consider an upgrade to your forum support, it is not up to your usual (very) high standards.

Agree +1. A lot of intermittant lag.

I'd say roughly 50% of the time, the forums are unusable for me, due to either long load times, or the pages only partially loading or simply not loading at all. Nevermind the issues with posting. Sometimes the forum just eats your post and never actually displays it.

I can usually get them to load on my desktop… but on my phone it's a crapshoot.

For me, it's the time of day when I choose to check this forum. During the "day", for me, it's off 'n on. Later on in the evening, I have more of a chance to navigate the forums without too much trouble.

I agree both with your point regarding the quality of FFG games and components in general (the only issue I ever had was with dice in the original Doom printing and that was swiftly resolved) and with the appalling performance of these forums when the US wakes up.

Servers that can handle even an aging ASP forum like this one aren't too expensive FFG, bite the bullet and upgrade please!

Actually I have not really had issues on this forum. But I don't post much. Just look up rules
