I can only offer advice on Weyland since I have been playing it since the launch of the game.

Tyrant is terrible, at least right now. It may become better later through some other effects, but right now it is not worth its cost.

I would probaby drop one Woodcutter. Some would probably say drop all three, but I like it a lot in Weyland, I am trying it out with the new Weyland identity this weekend.

Max out to three of the Shipments from Kaguya. If your whole plan is to play and Ice you can advance, then you want to have three

Thank you for your insight. What ice would you place in its place. Plz keep in mind i did include what sets and how many of each sets i have and the core only and there was only 2 shipments in it.

at the very least I would add two Matrix Analyzer. With this identity it also helps you advance Ice. That is if you have the influnce to spare.
