Just a quick question involving the new Margaery. I can see how she can link with other cards/keywords and be a huge benefit but i have the following question.

When i declare attackers do all attackers ( excluding naval ) get declared at once OR could i declare Margaery, kneel a defender ( as per the response ) and then declare additonal attackers prior to additional defenders being declared ?

You declare all attackers in the normal "declare attackers" framework action. You don't get to respond to that until after all attackers have been declared, and all passives responding to that have been resolved.

You actually don't get an opportunity to activate Margaery's ability until after you have declared all of your non-Naval attackers.

Actually, since Margaery's ability is a response, you would use it in step 5 of the "declare challenge" window, just like chain responses from kneeling a maester to attack, not during a player action window.
