Hans light walker, zenital light technique.

By sefou, in Dust Tactics

Here is a project I did a couple of months ago. It's one of the first project I ever did using the ''zenital light'' approach. The global idea is to create a lot of contrast to accentuate the model and make it more appealing.

The technique is often used in military modelling, and to my opinion, it just makes awesome looking tanks.

So here is it, my first Axis light tank in desert color.

Sweet! Love the DAK-type paint schemes in DT, myself.

Just a suggestion, tho -- needs some decals or other personalization to make it "pop."

How about some closer shots after detailing? (& then some RCS Axis infantry in DAK scheme, eh?)

I appreciate your suggestions. I totally agree about the decals, I really need to order some from Dust-models. I already did some scratches and rain streaks to add interest. I could add some battle damage here and there to add more variations.

I'll work on it some more and we'll see how it goes.
