This is the deck that I played at the Motor City Regional. As stated in the report, the deck's primary kill condition is Mentally Unstable + Reanimated with Mega Spike. To keep a steady stream of cards you use Victor's ability. Usually this comes after the lockdown combo of Darkness Blade + Reanimated (target Reanimated with itself after DBing). The rest of the deck is lock down and control, using Reanimated to keep your pieces ready. Reanimated + Cage Arena allows you to keep the damage down. To combat the meta, Holding Ground was put in for Feline Spike primarily, while Amy's Assistance was put in primarily to keep Defender Loop from going off. No Memories helps against both fairly well.

Tag Along is there to serve as a way to get to your kill turn in a faster fashion than would be possible otherwise. I am currently looking at new things to do with the deck, but I need to make sure it doesnt mess with the synergy of the deck any, if I am to add something.

The deck looks pretty good though I'm surprised you dont have more chaining issues with so few X/order fixers and so many order only cards in a tri symbol deck

What have you found to be your worst matchup type in testing? I will admit one thing, I didnt think about maining destiny until after looking at your deck list, getting confused, then realizing it only affects your opponents CCHax :-P (see what happens when you assume)

Air Chunners was a real problem in testing, to be honest. Alot of the Order decks don't give too many problems if you deal with them well enough. I admit the chaining was something that was a bit problematic, but not as much as you would think. There are some x/Order cards that are being tested right now with the deck.

i would sugest puting seal of seasation in this deck. infinity helps with chaining, and it helps you counter stuff.

It was put in sideboard because of the 3 check. There are alot of 4 checks in the deck, so I really needed to keep the checks up. Future incarnations may involve SoC mainboard, but I don't know.

well if you wanted to run 2 in your main deck, you could try -1 china box, and -1 no memories, for it. i realy think it would help with chaining.

Okay, confession time: my reaction to the title was "what does My Chemical Romance have to do with anything?" =P

Good deck looks good. I am surprised to see Charismatic sided and Lesser of Many at four, but hey, whatever works, right? Were there any particularly problematic matches for your deck? And how did you get around that six handsize?

Congrats on the top 8!

LOL.

As far as Charismatic, I tried it in the deck, and just found I wasn't using it as often as a card in a deck should be getting used. However, the Lessers shut out many cards thats tend to be problematic on the combo turn (Tag Along, CC HAX, Cutting Edge, Etc), matches on two symbols and has the superior check...it just seemed a much better fit, and tends to help out quite a bit in many match ups.

charismatic matches on 2 symbols as well.

As mentioned before, I tried the card already, and it was not doing very much, even when the one copy did see play. Please read the full statement, Trane.

Have you tried only using two symbols instead of three? It seems to me that chaos and order are more important to your deck than anything else. You could even add in defender/lord to make the loop more solid.

Lol, I've actually been looking into that. It's definitely a possibility in the near future. Looking to get the LOTM and Defenders to test out the idea.

What about simply going to dual symbol instead of tri, to make the play smoother?

Been looking at it. Chaos/Order looks like how i'm going to try it. I'll let you know how it goes after Monday night.
