I've recently gotten into the AGoT LCG, and I'm a bit confused when it comes to some cards that say something along the lines of..

' If it is summer, kneel Open Market and discard 2 cards from your hand to return any card from your discard pile to your hand. "

or

" If a White Raven Card is not in play, it is summer. "

Same goes for Winter cards. What does it constitute if " It's summer . " ? Also, would it be able to be both Summer and Winter ?

ie. One player had a Crown of Meereen on the field, and the other player had a Crown of Winter

I tried looking through some forums and such, but I couldn't find an answer.

It can be both summer and winter at the same time.

It only becomes summer or winter when a card makes it such. You will come across the crowns/ ravens amongst others that change the season.
