According to FFG, they started shipping a re-stock of Waive 2 out to their distributors on April 11th. If you follow the guidelines that they arrive 7-10 days after being shipped, you should start seeing Waive 2 restocked as early as April 18th. Hopefully your local gaming store or on line stores do not get greedy like sellers on e-bay or amazon and jack prices up.
