If so, are those cards considered to be bypassed?

For example, using Lost Oasis ([King's Landing] [Location] Challenges: Kneel Lost Oasis to choose a House Martell character. Until the end of the phase, that character gains Stealth and "after this character bypasses a character by using Stealth, kneel that character.) during an Intrigue challenge, can I declare stealth on a character without an Intrigue icon? If so, is that character kneeled?
