Can someone have more than one ship role from the rules on page 224 of In to the Storm. Doesnt say that you cant, but doesent say that you can either. It does say changing roles cost XP, but what about having multiple roles.

You have just one roles. It is a huge (in-game) responsibility so you can't take more than one.
