if i go first and play 4 foundations and then end. as foundations are added one at a time to the staging area, can i use clean rematch during
the first turn after the 3rd foundation is added to my staging area? thnx if u can help

Yes. As a matter of fact you can use it on the second foudnation as you can commit that one as part of the cost.

Just remember foundations come down in last played - first played order.
