I know this might be a little early since the "full" version of the game isn't even out yet, but have any fan sites for EotE emerged yet?
Fan Sites?

Closest that's out there right now that is regularly updated is the Gaming Security Agency. I's not really an EotE-devoted website, as it covers other systems and game type, but there is a lot of EotE material.
The D20 Radio Forums have a pretty active section set aside for FFG's Star Wars game, including a Homebrew section.
I know there was a website that covered all of FFG's Star Wars games (CCG and X-Wing plus RPG), but I don't recall that having a whole lot of RPG material, given that all that really existed was the Beta.
C. Steven Ross has a website with various EotE articles, but he also covers other stuff too, so again I wouldn't call it "dedicated."
I've created a Clone Wars campaign site that will be supporting EoE after the core rulebook is released:
http://casiel.org/
There's also a Google Plus community. It's multi-system, as well, but has a good bit of stuff. (much of which is duplicated here…)
There is also a site which handles the RPG as well as the card and X-Wing miniatures games. http://www.afewmaneuvers.com
My cubicle (see link in sig) is a kind of fan site. It's more of a blog, I post stuff about my campaign sometimes, but mostly I post thoughts on how to tweak and add to the game. I have a multitude of starships and some gear added - this is in the process of being updated one final time, but a research project takes most of my time these days, so its slow going.
Jegergryte is being modest again…
His stuff is among the best around on the web right now. Check out his site at:

and is AMAZING and totally unofficial supplements at:

Those sites are certainly more active than my poor blog, heheh. I'd love to do more with it, but don't really do enough with Star Wars, let alone gaming in general, to write more articles.
Yeah, check out my signature for some links to my blog, Triumph & Despair (triumphdespair.wordpress.com).
if you are looking for a site that is very active right now which Donovan Morningfire as already said I would very much recommend Order 66 Podcast and their forum as every Sunday GM Chris and GM Dave did talk anything and everything Star Wars mostly the RPG but I am pretty sure GM Dave is on the on-line game quite a bit. They are very Entertaining as well. The Order 66 Podcast is mostly topic related but they do also answer questions and do have special guests as well like the Writers of the book(s). GM Chris has been covering both the SAGA Edition and now does cover the FFG version as well. So check them out you will not be disappointed with the podcast. The forum is quite informative as well, if you post a question or need something converted you will get a quick response from others that have come across the problem or they will give you their interpetation.
I'll throw in my blog, which I just started today. As such, it doesn't have a lot of content right now, but I expect that it will keep growing.

I got the basic framework up over the weekend for http://www.rantinestation.com/
No content yet, but that will change soon enough!
Sorry for the thread-o-mancy, but now that the main book is out, I thought there might be more activity in the fan-site sphere.
Any new additions to report?
My blog has a few items you may enjoy.
