Very nicely done! I especially enjoy the Tech-Marine's consolation of Marcus after he fails. It gives the astartes a sense of wisdom that is usually lacking in most of their novels.

Thank you very much. that's what i was going for with him and i'm glad it came out. There is also the fact that he had gone through the same process himself and was impressed that Marcus held out for so long.

The tech Priest will return at a later date when i deal with the Brotherhood more indeptly.
