I noticed that some of FFGs role-playing games are available in PDF format on DriveThruRPG.com.
Wil Star Wars: Edge of Empire be released in this format as well?
Thanks in Advance,

More than likely not. Pdfs fall under a different license for Lucasarts (print vs electronic) and, much like WotC, it doesn't look like FFG negotiated for it. The cost for negotiating for both may be prohibitive for them.
Of course change is afoot in the Disney/Star Wars world.
Disney just laid off 150 people at LucasArts, all but essentially shutting it down.

According to the article, they are looking to go to more of a licensing model. This may mean that FFG can now negotiate the pdf releases a bit easier. It may still not be worthwhile from their business bottom line, but I would think with this news might make the conversation happen again.

They may not be able to negotiate such a thing until their contract comes up for renewal, whenever that is, which a lot of folks are guessing is 2015 based upon when FFG seemed to procure the license (somewhere in 2010).
