How many feat cards per glyph activated?

By Dr. Yick, in Descent: Journeys in the Dark

The new faq states feat cards in RTL should be given to the heroes by "draw 1 per glyph activated".

I took that for it works the same way as for treasures: Just one for all the heroes per glyph activated. and then they could give it to whatever hero they wanted. Ofcourse the heroes did interpret the faq as "each hero draw 1 per glyph activated". How do you guys interpret it? and do you have some good houserules on the subject?

I can see it from both point of views. i don't think the heroes are "greedy" they just find the feat cards to be fun and i can definately understand that. It is the only real surprises they have up their backsleeve while the ol have plenty of surprises. On the other hand many of the feat cards are so **** powerful, that it is really hard to earn CP with so many of them in play.

I let them have their feats card last night but with some bitching and everybody would go home and try to come up with a good solution.

I've allowed feats in my RtL campaign with the following rules.

Each hero starts with 1 feat – of the same type as their initial skill.
Each time a glyph is activated, each hero rolls a power die. On a blank, they get an additional feat from any deck of which they have a skill.
Max feats in hand is 2 for Copper, 3 at Silver and 4 at Gold.
Use of a feat costs 1 fatigue.

Using them as suggested in the new FAQ essentially shifts the balance in favour of the heroes with little to compensate. Already the feats have made a difference in our campaign and prevented a CT value 4 hero from taking 10 damage and being killed.
