Affiliation question

By Dark_Jedi_21, in Star Wars: The Card Game - Rules Questions

If I play an objective that is Jedi Affiliation only does that mean I just have to play the Jedi Affiliation card or I have to play it and all my objectives have to be Jedi also? So if I wanted to play A Journey to Dagobah I would have to play the Jedi Affiliation card but could not also play Questionable Contacts?

For a "X Affiliation Only" objective set only your Affiliation Card itself has to match. You can still use other objectives from other affiliations.

So, say I had a deck with Imperial Navy and Scum & Villainy objectives, and Navy was my Affiliation. As long as I have an objection card with Scum & Villainy as the affiliation symbol, I could use it to provide 1 resource to draw S&V cards. And if it had a cost higher than 1, as long as the S&V objective card was one of the resources used, I could use IN objectives or any other card that grants resources, say Grand Moff Tarkin, to pay for the rest of the cost? This came up tonight in my first game and I couldn't find an easy answer in the rulebook. Thanks for any info!!

Yes only one resource must have an affiliation match when paying a cost. Rules page 16, Resource Match

Thank you for confirmation!
