What's your schedule for the sessions? I'd be interested, but I'm currently involved in a Black Crusade campaign on Fridays and a Dark Heresy campaign on Saturdays (my two off-days), though the Black Crusade will be over in a couple weeks.
depending on the time im in
I would generally be interested, although it depends on the time you want to play.
As said before, I'm interested but it depends on time of play.
we havent come up with a time
and are any of you intrested in G.M.ing?

I guess I could G.M, but would kinda prefer to be plain player
and we dont have room for you all
Hingie and Feinn will be droped off (unless one of you G.M.)
Jesse, maybe use some tact, especially if one of the people you just 'dropped off' already said he/she might be willing to G.M.
' and we dont have room for you all'
' Hingie and Feinn will be droped off (unless one of you G.M.)'
Bad
'sorry Hingie and Feinn, I have been advertising this on several other forums and we have enough players already, would one of you like to G.M. instead? You did say you might want to do that Hingie.'
Good.

As I said, I could G.M. but more important for me is the time youre going to play! Whats the use if i get into your ramshackle group if I cant attend the sessions? Knowing the days you want to play would already be helpful. And since im living in Europe, its already a bit problematic (That is if most of the group is in America)
I'm inquisitor Jex on Dakkadakka, and I am willing to paly, as I wrote.
could ge a Weapon Spec or a Sarge.
good to play saturday evenings as well.
I am in Montréal, so EST time (New York time if you'd prefer)
sorry puting hopes up for every one not on this list

Nah, I saw the message on Dakkadakka, 'seems there no place left for me, so I did not send over the info. simple as that
Ok, now that the group stands with me being G.M. I would suggest we get a day (everything except saturdays would be managable for me) and time to start. Part of the first session will be dedicated to the creation of the chars and (if need be) Regiment, though that should be done relatively quickly.
In case you havent given jessedevaan you Skype names by now you know what to do. Get to it Soldier! [Oh how heavy the burden of leadership weighs on my shoulders…

And if anyone of you knows a good program to simulate a tabletop, that may come in handy to better illustrate the fights
http://roll20.net/ is what I use. Quite a decent system and its free. I would also recommend https://www.dropbox.com/ to keep character sheets , setting info etc so that everyone has easy access to it, this also means that people can prepare characters in advance and the GM can easily approve them, or not.
I can only manage evenings and Saturdays just now (GMT) and after next week I will be away for 2 weeks so I'm happy to drop out if needs be.
Another option would be a google document/multiple google documents so when we edit it everyone else can see the changes straight away
That happens with Dropbox as well. I haven't got much experience with Google documents but so far I prefer Dropbox as it functions exactly like any other folder on your hard drive.
Either way somewhere to communally store files is a great help to games such as we are planning, especially as we can do all the admin prior to starting the first session and frankly the initial session is generally quite tedious if people are generating characters.
So is this going ahead?
Apparently not, I havent heard anything from anybody for a couple of days now.
If a timing can be found that is suitable for most people the first session can be arranged which would give a deadline to see who is actually interested, people have already been turned away so there has to be more than enough…..
As people are all over the world this is obviously an issue. I think that the most equitable solution would be 2000 BST on Saturday which converts to 0600 in Australia (well Sydney, I'm not sure about Aussie timezones ), 1200 in the Eastern US and 1500 in the Western US. Those timings could be moved to the right by an hour or so but someone will always have an awkward timing.
