If this has been covered recently, blame the search function in this forum. I couldn't get it to yield anything near halfways useful results.

I was wondering if anyone had heard any news on an updated scenario editor, newer than the one currently linked on the build your own maps page.

Mike Z didn't read the old forums very often...and openly professed to hating the last iteration of the forum software. Seeing as how this one is worse in pretty much every functional way, I don't think he reads the forums at all anymore.

I personally use an executable i found on line, However it doesn't cover anything past the WoD Expansion.

Noticing how most people use either Photoshop or some other program to do scenarios, can these scenarios be uploaded for others to use in the same fashion as ones created with the editor?

As long as the dungeon file is a PDF one, yes.
