Hello, this is a technical problem. My Hand of Corruption takes an eternity to load and is painfully slow to load and read. I don't recall it being this bad before so I am not sure if some update messed the whole thing up. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I've had this problem with certain PDFs before as well. The first thing I would try is to use a different PDF viewer. There are several available for free.

I've had success with using cutepdf to flatten the document (each page has layers of text and images which all have to be loaded) It will remove all bookmarks though

First, I'd try updating your PDF viewer to the latest version.

Then proceed from there.

From what I understand of the files we get, they're high quality print level pdfs. You're probably familiar with photoshop and layers to an image. The PDFs are made like that, the issue with this is that it has to load each layer and flatten the document before it prints.

My Tome of Fate PDF does this

I cringe inside whenever I have to reference it... =/

I've always updated my Adobe Reader to the latest version and have never had any problems.
