is promo ninon legal?

man it would be nice to have a sortable card database

she is not legal at this time. tho i wish she was tho.

i would rather have her come out before promo rock howard.

where do people find out about all these unreleased cards? I have no idea what promo ninon or rock howard do, and I know theres an unreleased victor and donovan too

unreleased dovavan was only given out 2 to people (uk) and rock howard is to be a card of the month next month. promo ninon as i'm aware hasn't had a release date(i do have one) as for victor no idea

i saw rock howard on coolstuff about 3 or 4 months ago and i know that ninon is also posted on there as for the other two well i have no idea what they do ninon looks awesome and so does rock though
