Folio Talent confusion

On the character folios they have that initial 10 XP to spend on various Talents. Then at the end they have that larger tree and have to follow the links between Talents, etc. Now, Oskura can take "Quick Draw" on the first XP spending spree, but at the end, "Quick Draw" is listed again. However, it isn't a multi-tier Talent. Are we correct in assuming that it just carries over from earlier, opening lower Talents? Finally, "Point Blank Shot" is another from the first round of XP spending as well, BUT…it is a multi-tiered Talent and is also listed on the first part of the later Talent tree. We again assume that one isn't carried over and can be purchased again.
We looked and thought, "Maybe the Talent tree mimics the earlier Talents?", but it doesn't. See the confusion? Any advice?

The options listed for the first XP award are listed for ease of reference. Also, they're probably of the most useful options for the following scenes. The larger talent tree at the back is the full talent tree for the beginner game. If you took Quick Draw the first time around, it's crossed off the list (a nice tip: Photocopy the tree and cross out talents as you pick them). Likewise, if you bought the 5 xp Point Blank, it's also crossed off, but you can later buy the 15 xp Point Blank talent when you've gained more experience, thus stacking the bonuses. Hope that was clarifying!
