First post here with a quick question:

Can Turr use his action for a barrel roll then do another barrel roll after macking an attack Or does the one type of action per round restrict this?

Nope, you can't do the same action twice in the same round. If Turr used his first action to do a barrel roll, his only choice for his free action after attacking would be to boost.
