X-Wing Boxes

By echo501, in X-Wing

Hello, I've purchased 2 core sets and have the game componets all tucked away in foam and new carry case. Now I have 2 empty boxes. They are really sturdy and nice. Shame to throw them away.

Any one want them? Pay postage and I'll send them to you. PM me if interested.

Thanks --Kenny

I am in the same situation. I tucked them away for safe keeping. one of them contains all the duplicate tokens along with extra unique pilots and astromechs since you can only have one in a game. I also saved all the content lists for each expansion in the event I ever need to divide them up for a trade or something.

I might be interested. How much would the postage be?

Battle Foam has inserts that fit the boxes. one for Rebels and one for imperials. Each hold 2 of the big ships and 10 of each of the current models.
Might be worth keeping them get the foam and have a rebel box and an imp box.

Do you have links? All I can find searching by terms 'X-wing' and 'Star Wars' that fits in standard box is this:

They're all made for specific Battlefoam cases, not the game boxes. I also don't think anyone will ever fill one of the dedicated fleet inserts, 12 TIE advanceds? The generic one seems to be the best, and the last of my links has a tray for the game components too

I am in the same boat. I have over 12 core set boxes that I am only using to store extra cards and the die cut templates in along with the plastic ship packaging that I think I might use down the road. The templates are going to form the surfaces of the Death Star when I get around to it. I am using them for other gaming storage junk that I do not need or have for other gaming projects.
