It doesn't say if they do or do not. If they do, then the bombs aren't really worth it. If they don't, then I can see a use. You can still blow a bad roll, but you could blow something up with good dice!
Do Bombs allow Dodge Dice?
You do not get an evade.
Here is a thread with a pic of the rules card:
Here is a pic of the actual bomb cards:
There is no mention of a def role or that it is even a standard attack which would allow a def roll… These are like obstacles… roll and asses damage.
For Seismic is it your activation or all activations?
The rulebook defines the activation phase as the step where "each ship is activated one at a time. Starting with the lowest pilot skill, resolve the following steps…"
the ship you are activating is your applicable firespray and you execute your maneuver and place the seismic token, however the phase itself only ends after all ships have moved and completed any actions.

Thought I would clear that up since I have already had someone try and blow it before I moved.

Just wanted to point out that you place the token before you execute your maneuver. Useful for not blowing yourself up.
Yes that is correct, I had been meaning to say you reveal the dial and then place the token.
But you're right the move itself is completed afterwards.

I was pretty sure you knew the correct order, just wanted to point it out to avoid confusing anyone.
