Are there no runner cards that give the corperation bad publicity? From what I've seen the only bad publicity comes from "sacrifices" made by the corperation.

Currently, you're right. But don't make the mistake of thinking Bad Publicity in A:NR is anything like it was in O:NR. They have the same name but are *completely* different.
