RtL Question

In regards to the starting 15 XP for the overlord when puchasing initial upgrades:

Is it legal to purchase The 3 Farrow's as Lt's, and one 'Any Avatar' upgrade that costs 5 XP (such as Lawlessness) at the start of a Bronze game?

*OL starts with Sir Alric, OL purchases first Lord Merick and second Lady Eliza each for 5 XP, Leaving the OL 5 XP from the initial 15 to spend elsewhere*

2 of the 3 Farrow Lt cards state that I spend less 'conquest tokens' for certian requirements met... But from everything else I read in the RtL rules states Conquest is converted to XP for both Overlord and Heros. Is it safe to say my cards have a misprint and should have said spend less "XP" in place of "Conquest Tokens"?

You can only use the 15 XP for avatar upgrades.

Expanding on that, despite the wording on Pg 24 Avatar Upgrades can ... bring into play a lieutenant for the overlord to command. Lieutenants are specifically not considered Avatar upgrades for the purposes of that initial purpose. See FAQ pg 8 Q: Exactly what cards and upgrades can the overlord spend his initial 15 XP on? Can he purchase lieutenants? A: Avatar upgrade cards only. No lieutenants.

Its just another example of careless terminology in the rules. Possibly also (or instead) an example of poor editing from a playtest (pre-release) version of the rules.
