Hi guys, I have a question: a character in the brig doesn't draw a crysis card. But during his turn, if he succeed to move out from the brig, do he have to draw the crysis card as next step after his action fase?

Yes, since he is no longer in the Brig when the Crisis phase hits.

Also, note that this applies to Sickbay as well. If the character is moved from Sickbay before the start of his turn, he will draw his full comlement of cards.
