You got it right! The "war" witch is looking to favor the first adventure with "strength" 6+... so she surely isn't interested in Psychic Combat. She's interested in war!

I like the card very much. It has a wildernis background too
Maybe that the main deck can use some war cards( example like a patrol group who is fighting a beast or something haha...
