Another one that I tend to like to use is from Ordo Malleus and its similar to the one above. I like it for the fact that its so easy to edit, and if you register, you can save them very easily.

Depending on your definition of really good, there's also the utility linked in my signature. It's not entirely updated with the latest releases, but it got all (most?) of the basics + Inquisitor's Handbook covered.

I just need to find a new place to host it... stupid adrive.

I know of a fairly cheap one called one and one 1and1.com i think, but depends on how much stuff you need to have hosted i guess.

I have also seen some references to user created Hero Lab files. Hero Lab is a PC generator created by Lone Wolf Development, the same people that created the Army Builder miniature game army creation software. The basic system looks good, and a Dark Hereys/Rogue Trader module would be an outstanding addiion. Here the link to the software itself. http://www.wolflair.com/index.php?context=hero_lab
