For the last few days I've been working at converting the massive d1000 'Personal Chaos Attribute' chart from my ancient Realm of Chaos: Slaves to Darkness book to Dark Heresy terms, a 20 year update. I've tried to keep as true to the intentions of the list as I can, only replacing things that didn't exist and were overly complex to fabricate myself. I know it still needs work but I need some feedback before I can continue efficiently. Without further chatter here is the big list of mutations.
