I'm of two minds about revealing the "exclusive top 8" prize support. It's the age old dilemma of The Mystery Box. If you don't reveal it you provide intrigue, as people will look upon the box and two voices will sound in their heads, one saying:

"It could be awesome!"

While the other says,

"It could suck!"

And the fact that they don't know serves as a draw to get more people.

Alternatively if they reveal the prize support and it's good, then they'll get an ACTUAL person saying:

"It's awesome!"

Which also draws more people in as they have a visible prize to shoot for.

While revealing a poor prize will cause another ACTUAL person to say:

"It sucks!"

Which means less people will show up.

The eternal question is whether it's a good idea to reveal the prize beforehand for fear it could affect attendance in a negative way.

The main thing the top8 get is a ufs life counter and a promo pack but some TO's are throwing in extra stuff I took some photos of our stuff:

There are no new cards for the regional prize support. It's mostly just current promos that you could win in your local event. Evey once in awhile a regional might get a promo or two as prizes the month before they come out but that's pretty much it.

well i managed to get a full set of uber's from one of the street fighter sets (white gi anyone ) for toping swizz so i'm v happy with the support
