Tavern maid and potion cards.

Question about the Tavern maid. The card saus she starts the game with 5 potion cards and the potion cards are objects. However we are limited to 4 objects. Does she get to have 5 objects or does she have to drop one? Just a bit confused on this character any insight would be appreciated

All Potion Cards are ' trinket ' Objects. A player may have any number of trinket Objects, as they do not count towards a characters carrying limit.

I am quite sure about the answer but still..
