I have always played AGOT based on what i considered 'tournament rules' and as such only 1 of each plot card in each deck including those that state you may have two copies in the deck.

Recently been watching alot of videos to do with AGOT including tournaments and i noticed there have been a few occasions when tow identical plots have been put in the deck ( such as A Power of Faith ).

What is the correct ruling for this when applying tournament rules ?

The plot card itself says you can put two copies in your plot deck. The card text overrides any normal game rules.
