I've been having problems in actually figuring and finding out what is the current Ban List. I checked the February SOTG and March SOTG but nothing. Also, the Official Rules in the main site are outdated , having the ban list back in February 2008.

Any news regarding when the rules be updates in the main site? Also, what are some ways on staying up to date regarding the ban list in specific? (also knowing what are the ones after Addess Syndicate got the Banned label on it)

Pre-release is scheduled for the the weekend of April 11th if I remember correctly, and revised tournament rules, card errata/bans will be posted prior to that weekend.
