I'm new to DH and still trying to grasp the combat system. Extra hits from semi and full auto fire modes aside, what is the maximum number of attacks achievable?

Two-Weapon Wielding allows for two, of couse, but is that it?

Can a Tech-Priest with multiple mechadendrites (ballistic) increase this? If so, what is the max? Can a T-P with a +6 toughness bonus and 6 ballistic 'drites make 8 attacks (including his hands) as a full action?

Does Luminen Blast also count in a Full Action multiple weapon attack?

well with lightning attack and a second weapon you would have 4 total.

The rule son having multiple mechandrites is unclear. But if you assume you can only have 1 then added to the example above you could have 5 attacks.
