So how compatible do you think the Haarlock scenario in Disciples of the Dark Gods is with the upcoming books on the Haarlock legacy?

They seem to cover the same ground and I hope the scenario does not reveal secrets. I wonder if they seamlessly combine.

I'd say its a prelude to the main campaign, especially considering the questions raised in the final block of text on p.221

Also take in to consideration the Gilded Widow's response to "What's to Come?", which seems to imply that Haarlock will be returning. In other words it seems like a setup for subsequent adventures.

Firstly I'm not sure this post should have its own topic but is related to the Haarlock adventure

Since there are a number of unique NPCs that are involved in the adventure of "the house of dust and ash" I have come upon an idea. I am thinking about finding fellow GMs that are interested in running this adventure and have them play the provided NPCs. Then when they would like to run their PCs through the adventure the other GMs can switch roles taking on NPCs they are more familiar with. Should NPCs surive through the ending of Dust and Ash they may appear again in later traps constructed by Haarlock.
