Just looked on the OP still no choice for the pre release are we supposed to wait or will there not be tabs for them like set 11.

That's... unfortunate.

Most CotM promotions were to move previous stock... now I'll be able to get rock howard with my purchases of new stuff... there by NOT inspiring the movement of older stock...

Woot for any sort of promotion though, none the less. (amongst the thousands of other promotions that this game has to offer!)

Yes, but retailers are just going to give it away willy nilly cause for the most part they are too lazy to care about such details.
