Long-time reader, first-time writer etc, etc, greetings to this glorious community =)
So, I've stumbled across that "Using Deathwatch Specialisations" panel in the Daemon Hunter book, which states that Grey Knights Librarian 'are not restricted in the Disciplines their psychic powers can come from."
Meanwhile the very next sentence states that "In addition, they obey the rules in Deathwatch for selecting psychic powers instead of gaining a Power per point of Psy Rating."
If I understand this correctly, this essentially means that Librarians:
1. Lose their access to the DH Telepathy and Divination list due to the fact they have not any xp cost, which is needed for selecting powers for DW Librarian.
2. For this all they get is an access for Codex discipline and uncertain in comparison to Dark heresy list of DW Telepathy and Divination.
3. I am not even sure how to treat "are not restricted in the Disciplines" part of this.
Am I right? Seems that Librarians lose more than they gain. A little higher psy rating and much worse list of powers than their strike, purgation and purifier bretheren has.
