A House Divided states:

House Lannister only.

Response: After a player plays a character with a Trait he already has in play, choose and return 1 character with that Trait to the top of its owner's deck.

If my opponent has a location with a "The East" trait but then plays Yezzen's Grotestquerie can I trigger "A House Divided"? Since the card type for a "Trait already in play " is not specified I wouls assume so.

Technically, yes. But the event must respond to a character being played, and must target a character card.

Also note that the player who plays the character is not specified, so you can respond to yourself playing a character with a trait you already have in play (and still target a character controlled by an opponent, since it not specified that the targeted character must be controlled by the player who just played one).

Even better is when your oponent already has The Red Viper in play and marshalls Doran Martell. If you have two copies of "A House Divided" in hand, and can use them in the same response window to activate both events and put both the Viper and Doran on top of your oponents deck.

Just hope they don't flip the table.

Oh, yeah. I suppose there is a Viper worth playing that isn't immune to events now, isn't there.

Not much happening in Agot so im finding myself either posting drivel too or not bothering to check the forums anymore.
