Do i have it all?

By elidaman, in Dust Tactics General Discussion

Hi,

Didnt play it yest but love what i know of it and saw so far. I made the $1300.00 investment and got it all + duplicates. Will for the first time even try to paint lol…

Question:

1) Have the Unit Card upgrade pack for DT001-14. Other than that are all other cards proper? Or are there other upgrade packs?

2) Anyone know of great video tutorial on how to play the game?

Thats all for now. Cheers.

You dropped $1300 on it, and don't know if you have it all?

I hate to admit it but I have dropped much more than that but yes i do have everything current and the game is great !!!!

i know i have it all.. i am asking concerning the unit packs… they replace the old ones i believe due to errors/modifications. Were there any other packs or issues? Or that was the only reprint?

No, the card pack is the only official release that updates the game in any way. EVerything else is good to go as is (though there are some cards with small problems: Stefan, Commissars, Nikita, etc…) but they haven't been issued a replacement pack.

I don't know how great it will be but we'll be posting a video demo game of the Revised Core Set on Saturday the 18th.

Also all this week we'll posting videos on the RCS units, much like we did for many of the SSU units and expansions.

The unit card pack is the only upgrade pack you'll need right now.

The game is easy enough to figure out though that you shouldn't have many problems. Once you play a couple games you'll get about 90% of the rules down and will just have to reference the book here and there for some minor things. I would recommend watching the battletactics.tv videos, they're probably the best and most informative "tutorial" style videos available. This one shows a standard game turn:
