Stark isn't known for amazing card-draw abilities…
You can experiment with things like Maeser Luwin, Parting Blow, Seal of the Crown, Court Advisor, etc.; things that help you search or draw a little bit. Stark also has some cards that let you spend gold to search, like Winterfell Kennels, which allows you to search for Direwolves.
