yes, the cards were reprinted as 4pt shurikens so the card is block 3 legal

anything with a 4-point shuriken is legal but you can use twoheadeddragon.com/ufs/index.html for an index of all UFS cards and it has a filter for block 3

partway through the AOP tournaments they changed the watermarks on the assets of power. my area had a late AOP and we have the assets with 4 pt shurikens
