If the group of heretics has multiple characters with this talent, does the +1 for each one add up?

We think it stacks. We have 3 people group, all have combat formation. Hence initiative of my apostate is:

7 from heretek IB + 2 quick and the dead + 2 paranoia + 3 combat formations = 14 + (2d10 pick highest from LR)
