I have a quick question regarding this elite advance:

The Binary Cortex trait states that the new brain's current knowledge is based on the current career scheme, irrespective of any previous alternate careers taken. As such I take it that if the character had taken an alternate rank, the brain would not be assumed to have done so also.

For future advances, it says it is based on the current career scheme, does this include alternate ranks? ie would the brain pick from the vanilla skills of the advance scheme or would it have access to those of an alternate rank that the character took?
