I am always looking for more people to play X-Wing with. I will travel anywhere in the Twin Cities. I have been going to FFG Event Center lately but there are a lot of places to play. Let me know if anyone has an interest!

I am interested as well. My days off are a little screwy thou. (Wed & Thurs) Evenings are out since I work normally from 1:30-9:30 pm

A month or two ago Wednesday Nights at the FFG center had a good turn out.

I just got X-Wing for Christmas and have been trying to get some games going pretty unsuccessfully. I am very interested in playing more regularly. FFG Event Center, the Source and Armored Ogre(Inver Grove Hieghts) are my top choices for meeting.

I know there are a good number of Minnesota players around on the forums and I believe this will continue to grow as more waves comes out. I know this town has a good number of X-wing players. The last time I was at the FFG event center playing a good number of people watching us play mentioned they had the game but are not active on the forums. Others expressed interest but was not sure if this town had the player base.

The problem is most of these posts do eventually get lost on the forums. We need better tools to help organize the group & establishing a weekly place to meet up would be helpful as well.

From prior postings I know the FFG event center on Wednesdays afternoon - thru - evening playing X-wing. There is another group that has posted about Tournament Sundays with $5 entery fee.

I my self am more of a casual player. Eventually I want to be comfortable enough with the game to take a shot at the FFG X-wing tournament. I think the whole process would be very interesting and the wealth of knowledge and experience would be hard to beat.

Looks like Tuesday night is the big night for X-wing @ the FFG event center.

I really wish I had Tuesday nights off, sounds like much I am missing out on some fun.

We have been running succesful tournaments at Universe Games in Minneapolis MN, about every 3 weeks on either a Saturday or a Sunday,

When: Sunday February 3rd
Event Start @ 11:00am (signup 10:30)
Entry Fee $5 per player
Points per player 100 (including equipment and upgrades must be from currently released and available ships (I.E. X-wing, Y-wing, Tie & Tie Advance)
Rounds 4 [swiss] (3 if 8 or fewer players) Round time 70 minutes.
