I'm hoping to get a friend of mine to start playing this game but he wants to learn and start how to play with his favorite street fighter character; M. Bison. However the problem here lies that I can't think of a way to make a control deck since I don't like playing them or against them, so I don't know how to start one.

So what I'm asking for is a brief example of cards to help start a control deck for a starting M. Bison deck.

Legacy or Standard?

Both decks are basically the same thing, Evil/Order control is tight in both, it's just easier to find cards for Block 3 then not (search up for all of M. Bison's non-attack support then add in all the good cards you see). As far as characters go, *M. Bison* and ::M. Bison:: I personally think are the best.
