All of the other lines have posts about conversion to Only War. This one doesn't, likely because the rules are already so similar. However, I'm. Wondering if the Only War experience costs are better than those of Black Crusade and what effects using them for a new game might have. I wouldn't try adjusting to them for a game already in play.
Is anyone considering using Only War experience costs?
As you said, they are very similar, if you consider aptitudes more or less the same as alignments.
Still, skills in OW start cheaper for affinities, but opposite/lacking affinites are even more expensive than BC.
Talents I believe start at the same cost for affinities, but also end up more expensive in OW.
My take is that you'd have either underpowered Black Crusade characters, or you'd make the players stuck on alignment to a single Chaos Power (and if that is your goal, it is potentially a good idea).

It might be worth looking at upping xp awards slightly to keep things balanced out - say 125xp (rather than 100 xp) per hour of play. This would effectively make True advances a bit quicker/easier (oh, Dark Side!) to gain while still keeping Opposed advances a touch more expensive. Now there's a plus and a minus to it. It will certainly make aligning to a power matter a bit more, and I don't think that's so bad.
