Now granted, my playgroup is very small, and we really don't have any weekly tournaments, but the store we play at does get the promos. But we have yet to see promo blanka, promo balrog, or anything new like that. So if someone know where I could find at least a picture of them is would be great. I've checked THD and they don't have them up.

I know shadowdragon usually does scans of promos you might want to refer to her photobucket site.

But if you have at least 4 players you can have tournaments if you have that let me know and I can help you out in getting started .

then report this to Paul and have him ship prize support directly to the scout. those promos are meant for tournaments as participation prizes, not psuedo card-of-the-week replacements...

Ya just like Shadow dragon said let the scout handle distribution of prizes if the owner is a shady dude. This has happened in the past and that is what the head of UFS OP usually does if you need any more help let me know .

the only scout we had in the area was Unified shoe but he doesn't play anymore.
