Does anyone know if there is an official ruling yet on whether the Wave 2 pilot upgrades can be used by the Wave 1 pilots, and vice versa?

Or, are some pilot upgrades only permitted with certain pilots, and when flying just some fighter classes?

If the icons match, and there isn't text to the contrary, then all upgrades are legal for all ships.
