Tell me where exactly I find somewhere to send official BSG rules questions? I have been told "bottom of the page" but it isn't the bottom of the Forum page, so where?

Right at the very bottom of this webpage there are links, and one of them is 'Rules Questions'. I have used it and received an answer from Corey.

I know about it because I saw a post in the forum from Corey answering a question, but asking that people use the link for questions as he doesn't have time to read every post in every forum .... makes sense to me.
